We are genuinely happy with our new home from Vitale Homes. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail in the design and construction is impressive.
It's clear they pride themselves on using quality materials, and our house feels solid and luxurious, which makes the investment feel very much worthwhile.
Part of our experience relates to the overall communication process. While communications on-site were appreciated, the coordination between us, the office staff, and the field team could sometimes feel a little fragmented, and with online updates and reviews held weekly, some patience and extra involvement was sometimes required. However, everyone involved is truly passionate about helping. A big plus for us is that they permit you access to the build site during construction, which enables you to catch concerns early and moreover give you ideas for changes before they become too costly. In that regard, all alteration negotiations’ were settled very fairly.
Our home was built on complicated property, the process would have tested the patience of anyone, but the Vitale team worked tirelessly with local and state agencies, the utility companies to overcome the challenges, they never let up. It was because of their tenacity in navigating all the red tape that we were able to keep our patience and excitement in check.

First, they offer the ability to not only help you procure land (if not building on a lot they already own), but they will list your existing home in alignment with the completion timing of your new build – a truly unique advantage that most builders don’t have and one that was a complete gamechanger for us. Working with Leah throughout the process was truly a blessing and she knocked each element of our real estate needs out of the park. Additionally, with the guidance of Vitale’s architectural designer, we were able to tweak and perfect every square foot of our home to our liking.
Working with her and their Designer, Tonya of Adamo Interiors, who guided us through the entire selections process, made everything flow seamlessly and ensured every detail was covered and to our liking. Mike was an invaluable asset to the build process as the field superintendent. He managed everything behind the curtain and ensured the quality and care was delivered in every detail – and when it came to the key turnover, it was very clear how much the trades respected him as he was getting his hands dirty to finish everything up on our new home. Needless to say, we felt very involved, heard and respected throughout the duration of our build. If there is any advice we would give to those going through the process: Be patient – it definitely takes time for custom builds, remember you and Vitale are on the same team, and trust that the Vitale crew has your best interests in mind – they want to build a quality, beautiful home. We were house hunting in the midst of planning our wedding and choosing a place we could call home was on our list of duties. We searched many types of homes in several different cities. My husband and I contacted Gaspare to finish our basement. We had been in love with the model basement and knew we had to go with them. When we sat down with Gaspare to go over our selections, we said we want the same as the model home. He mentioned that while that basement was a great choice, our basement did not have a lot of natural light and the colors we originally chose would make it too dark. He suggested some lighter colors and we found some great choices. Wow! Did it turn out amazing!! The color selections are perfect. It’s even better than the model.
