About Vitale Real Estate
The roots of our custom home design were formed in the 1990’s by Gaspare Vitale. Gaspare has experience on the job site from an early age, working with his family’s legacy business in designing and building new homes. As Gaspare’s experience and education grew, he knew he wanted something new and better for the Real Estate side of his organization.
In 2010 Gaspare reached out to Brent Pasquantonio for a new sales concept. Brent designed a custom sales process that allowed the company to clearly understand customers wants and needs.
2012
In 2012 Vitale Real Estate was founded and the company has grown since then.
2019
In January of 2019 Brent was made Vice President and COO of Vitale Real Estate. Together Gaspare and Brent have grown Vitale Real Estate to one of the largest producers in Macomb and Oakland County. Their concept today is just as simple as when they started the company. It’s all about the customer, their wants, and their needs. The Vitale Real Estate team promise is to always listen and put their customer first.

I am the President and CEO. I feel blessed to have an outstanding staff and dedicated individuals who allow my passion and dream to continue to grow. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, making wine, playing sports, and vacationing.

I started as a masonry, laying brick for my father. We first created the company by taking a risk, and improved the company by mentoring and teaching individuals around us to grow as the company grew.

I am the Vice President and COO. I oversee a wonderful team of talented individuals, who care passionately for what they do, and the experience their customers receive. I enjoy time with my family, anything to do with sports, vacations, and time up north.

Meet Leah
I meet with clients to discuss building their dream custom home, price out wish lists, sell existing homes, assist clients when finding their own property, work directly with lenders to ensure a smooth process, and coordinate all closings. I enjoy going to the gym, Sunday brunches, exploring new places, and tropical vacations!

I’ve been working in customer service and sales since I was 16. I did not know this career was where I would end up; but now that I’m here, I could not imagine doing anything else. I’ve had a lot of jobs, but none of them compare to helping someone find their dream home! I enjoy meeting people and connecting with them.
I have led the team, orchestrated customer interactions, and guided our clients in the right direction for their new home. Caring deeply about assisting our clients, I have ensured they are comfortable with our company and process. Managing our model homes and maintaining all new and used listings helps our team stay on task - serving you!

Meet Mike
I am the master carpenter whose attention to detail is somewhat described as picky. I make sure that what is suppose to be happening in the field is executed correctly to the highest standards. I enjoy eating sweets and relaxing.
What is your role at Vitale Real Estate?
What's your experience?
40 years experience in residential building, commercial building, and land development. I have been a licensed builder since 1985. Specifically a journeyman carpenter.
My energy, experience, and ability are second to none. You will find me always doing whatever it takes to get something accomplished the right way.

architectural designer
Meet Rosalinda
I am VRE’s exclusive architectural designer that creates custom home designs for all of our
customers. Whether you choose to take an existing design and modify it to your specific needs, or start
completely from scratch, I will assist in the conceptual design and construction documentation
development. I work directly with both the sales and construction teams in a comprehensive process
aimed at providing our customers with a home they will love.
What is your role at Vitale Real Estate?
What's your experience?
I became aware of my passion for architecture at a very young age, and always held a specific interest in residential design. After graduating in 2003 from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Architecture, I embarked on my journey in the architecture field working for various firms throughout southeast Michigan. I am blessed to be able to do what I love!
I find that architecture must constantly evolve and adapt to the way people live—and as an
architectural designer I always keep this front of mind when I am designing a home. By working
exclusively with the team at VRE and directly with the customers, I have committed to providing a
personalized experience for each client.

Designing and building a home should be an enjoyable process, and it will be when you have a
set of individuals that are all working toward a common goal. When you have a team you can trust, it
makes all the difference. If you are open with your wants, and honest with your needs, we will do

Interior Designer
Meet Tonya
Tonya began her career in the construction industry as a teenager working with her father as a builder apprentice. Then, in her early 20's started a remodeling business of her own before getting various degrees in construction and interior design and launching her second business—Adamo Interiors—in 2012.
What is your role at Vitale Real Estate?
What's your experience?
With over 25 years in the industry working in several roles, she's not your typical Interior Designer. She's got an eye for design and the knowledge to know what it takes on the construction side to create the look you're envisioning.
As you walk through the building process, Tonya's patient and easy-going manner will put you at ease. She'll never push her tastes on you. Instead, you'll find she has a gift for asking questions and "getting inside your head" in a way that brings all the things you like (but can't quite explain) together to create a home that is comfortable, beautiful and uniquely YOU.
